“From the Palisades fire that left this site scarred and vacant, to a challenging lawsuit with our lender (now thankfully resolved), this project tested our patience and resolve at every step. Today, we’re excited to say we’ve officially reached the entitlement stage for 15113 W Sunset Blvd – a major milestone 👏.
Our vision is a thoughtful mixed-use project that brings new housing, neighborhood-serving retail, and renewed energy back to Sunset Boulevard, while supporting Los Angeles’ recovery and housing goals.
Huge thanks to everyone who has helped carry this forward – DesignArc LA, Crest Real Estate, Gary Mkrtichyan of Opus Builders, our consultants, city staff, and partners who believed in what this site could become. And a big shout-out to our attorney Martin Horwitz for his guidance, persistence, and steady hand throughout this process.
