    We were so grateful to have had Brad as our realtor. This transaction was personal to us. It was our first home, where we brought our son into the world. To complicate matters, it was an incredibly busy time in our lives, and I just didn't have the capacity to pay attention to details of listing.That's where Brad stepped in.
