As noted above, Brad is a Partner at Vartanian & Keyes LLP. His practice centers on real estate, engaging in both litigation and transactional work. He represents developers, syndicators, investors, and funds in a wide range of matters including acquisitions, dispositions, syndications, fund formations, development, leasing, financing, and foreclosures. His clients range from individual investors, corporations, and institutions across all asset classes of real estate, including residential, multi-family, retail, office, industrial, and hospitality.

Brad is a real estate advisor above all else who focuses on truly understanding the needs of his clients in order to provide them with their best options to achieve their real estate goals. With his depth of experience and understanding of the fluctuating market, he provides his clients with the most current information from which to draw when making important real estate decisions.

A graduate of UCLA and Loyola Law School, Brad is an avid boxer, Brazilian Jiu jitsu practitioner, hiker & snowboarder, and is actively involved in numerous civic and community organizations including The Jewish Federation, Santa Monica Bar Association, and the Westside German Shepherd Rescue. Brad enjoys spending time with his wife, Annie and their three sons Bodie, Jackson, and Wyatt, and their two rescue German Shepherds at their home in Eagle Rock, or cruising in his Airstream.
