We’re honored to be featured in CoStar on the future of our Sunset Blvd property in the Palisades.
After losing our building on Sunset Blvd in last year’s wildfires, we’re officially charting the next chapter in the Palisades.
Today, we’re moving forward with a ground-up redevelopment: an 8,800 sq ft mixed-use building with 6 residential units above neighborhood-serving retail designed to bring energy, housing, and daily convenience back to this stretch of the community.
As Brad says, “capital can be replaced, time can’t.” Rebuilding will take time, patience, and persistence… and while the entitlement process will be slow, the goal is worth it: a vibrant, community-forward corner that honors the mom-and-pop character that makes the Palisades feel like home.
In the meantime, you’ll find us running our Westside operations out of our 33-foot Airstream office parked right on-site, showing up every day and putting the pieces back together.
