In the remaining hours of 2019 (and also the final hours of this decade!), we are reflecting on our company’s growth over this past year and since our inception in 2009. This year, our team closed 52 sales and 25 residential & commercial leases. In the past decade, we have sold 217 properties and completed 109 leases. Each day, we work to refine our approach to real estate in an effort to provide the best representation for our clients. In formulating our playbook for each transaction we pride ourselves on “Diligent Deal Making,” or careful and persistent representation with the aim of closing the RIGHT deal.
